Dear Users,
Thank you for your continued support of our Mini PC products! To better meet user needs and optimize product design and user experience, we are conducting a survey on Mini PC wall-mounting scenarios and USB port usage requirements.
Mini PCs are highly appreciated for their compact and lightweight design, especially in wall-mounting scenarios. However, different usage contexts and needs bring diverse requirements for installation methods and the number of USB ports. Therefore, through this survey, we aim to understand:
1. Actual Wall-Mounting Needs
- Do you require Mini PC support for wall-mounting?
- What challenges have you encountered during wall-mount installation?
2. USB Port Usage
- How many USB ports do you typically need for daily use?
- Are the available USB ports sufficient to support your peripherals (e.g., keyboard, mouse, storage devices)?
To ensure our products better align with your practical needs, we sincerely invite you to participate in this survey. Your feedback and suggestions will be invaluable references for improving our products!

The survey takes only 3-5 minutes to complete, and your participation would greatly help us! All feedback will be strictly confidential and used solely for product improvement and user needs analysis.
Thank you for your valuable time and support! If you have any additional suggestions or questions, feel free to contact our team.

Re: Survey Announcement: Mini PC Wall-Mounting Scenarios and USB Usage
This is great! I recently mounted my AM06 to the back of my monitor. I always struggle with powering it on and i'm so lazy that i've resorted to using a smart power plug and automatic power-on to turn it on
An external power button with 1 or 2 extra USB ports would work wonders!

Just completed the survey.
Having 6 usb 3.0 type a ports should be standard, especially considering if one uses a keyboard and mouse that are both wired, which would take two ports, and for those wanting to plug in a usb accessory like a led lamp, also takes another port, and maybe another port for charging a device like a phone, another port taken, maybe someone wants to use a external dvd drive, which would take yet another port, and at that point one is only left with one port for using a flash drive or external disk drive.

Re: Survey Announcement: Mini PC Wall-Mounting Scenarios and USB Usage
Just completed the survey.
I'm actually fine with four USB ports, as I have an Anker 4 Port USB 3.0 hub. I got it for my M1 Mac Mini, but I use it with my other mini PCs as it has a two foot cord, making it easier to use than plugging USB devices directly into the PC's USB ports. I can have the four ports right next to my monitor. It's the best $15 I ever spent for a computer accessory.
Unfortunately, when I bought a new monitor in 2021 I didn't think about getting one with VESA mount capabilities, so this one doesn't have it. If it did, I'd most definitely mount my AM06 Pro to the back of it. Actually, it may be time to get a new monitor anyway, as this one doesn't show the initial boot screens, nor the BIOS or Boot Menu of my AM06 Pro or AMR5, which are both Ryzen 5 5600 based. It doesn't detect the basic video output for some reason. That's on the monitor though, not the PCs, and that's for another topic, not this one.
