Hi Daoud, what error appears for each of those devices? Is it failing to start? Failing to detect the correct driver? What troubleshooting have you tried, like uninstalling the device and rebooting?

Can you provide more information on what you have tried and what error you get? The screenshot shows the device, but not the problem. Check the Windows system logs, driver details, etc.

Bonjour Barry777,....
Sachant que j'ai téléchargé tous les pilotes de ce modèle, j'ai suivi les étapes de mise à jour des pilotes, malgré tous ça il mets toujours l'erreur la dessus, et comme j'ai cité auparavant, j'ai augmenté la mémoire graphique à 8 giga elle reste reconnue à 4 giga seulement.
Veille trouvez en pièces jointe les captures d'écran du modèle du PC.

Are you referring to the VRAM? If so, this may very well be the problem, as 16GB is REALLY high. I'd try moving it back to 2GB or 4GB.

We recommend restoring the default settings. Currently, adjusting the video memory is not supported.
