Stopped booting after a few months

Hello,
I have a Mini PC,Intel Celeron J3455 Windows 10 Pro Mini Computer, 6GB DDR3 120GB SSD HD Graphics 4K Dual Output Gigabit Ethernet Dual Band Wi-Fi Bluetooth 4.2 bought in Amazon in January 8, 2021.
In the last three days, it shows "Reboot and select proper Boot or insert Boot media in selected device Boot Service and press a Key.
I shutdown and power cycle several times and I don't see any changes. I already sent a message to service@iacepc.com 7 days ago, but I have not received an answer yet.
What should I do?
