Stopped booting after a few months

Hello,
I have a Mini PC,Intel Celeron J3455 Windows 10 Pro Mini Computer, 6GB DDR3 120GB SSD HD Graphics 4K Dual Output Gigabit Ethernet Dual Band Wi-Fi Bluetooth 4.2 bought in Amazon in January 8, 2021.

In the last three days, it shows "Reboot and select proper Boot or insert Boot media in selected device Boot Service and press a Key.

I shutdown and power cycle several times and I don't see any changes. I already sent a message to service@iacepc.com 7 days ago, but I have not received an answer yet.

What should I do?

I bought my ACEPC AK2 in January 2021 and used it sometimes. Last week it stopped booting too.
I checked the hard disk with Linux live system and detected, that directories "C:\Windows" and "C:\Windows\System32" has many files without read-write attribute, only question marks are visible with linux command "ls -las". Writing files in this directories are not possible. Therefore repair boot sector is also not possible.
Now I like to try new Windows installation. But what is with my Windows 10 Pro license? Where I get this, I bought it with my device in January?

I suggest emailing support again (service@iacepc.com), and to keep doing so until they reply.

The Windows product key is embedded in the system. It's not something you need to insert manually. Windows activation will occur automatically when you first connect to the net.

Thank you for your reply. I tried your suggestion but installation failed. It seems that disk is defect:
