SATA Drive doesn't show up on t11

I have a T11 and have installed a SanDisk 1-TB SSD but the computer doesn't see it at all. The BIOS doesn't show any settings for an added drive. Am I missing something or is the computer defective?

After adding 2.5SSD to complete, you also need to open Disk Management, brand new SSD needs to create a new disk to be recognized.

Disk Management doesn't show the drive at all!

Do you have other 2.5sata ssd you can try? If you replace the SSD, it cannot be read. I suggest you contact the official after-sales service.

Hello, this problem is infrequent and requires some testing to judge. Do you have another computer? Can it normally display when connected to this hard disk?
