Power problem with AcePC AK2

Hi, I recently purchased an ACEPC AK2 6GBRam 120Gb mSata SSD. It has been working fine since I set it up on 13th April - but yesterday it stopped working. It initially seemed to go to sleep when I wasn't using it for an hour - and the power light went red. Then it wouldn't wake up. I fully powered everything off and started again but it wont come back on. When I press the power button - the blue light comes back on momentarily and then goes off - and nothing else happens.
Is it faulty? I bought it from Amazon.
