Hello,
there is no problem with the power adapter. You can try pressing the reset button with the needle for ten seconds. If this method does not solve the problem, you need to open the lid, remove the button battery, and then open it after a short circuit. If it can be turned on normally, please insert the BIOS battery. If it cannot be solved, it is recommended to contact after-sales solution

I have the same problem but my T11 has no reset button on the outside. The red light stays on. Earlier it was switching red to blue.
Any suggestions? ;)

Magtek1,

You should try a BIOS discharge, the instructional video for which is below...

Mine has no reset button.
When I plug in power supply it flashes red but will not turn on.
Does it need to be hooked to monitor to turn on or will the mini pc light turn to blue?

I'd try the BIOS discharge, as shown in the instructional video previously posted.

I'm not sure about the monitor. Hopefully someone with a T11, or barry777, can answer that question.
