Good evening for mistake after a black screen with this information " select proper boot device and press any key", my dad made a restored default in the bios settings

At the moment the pc only shows me the bios pages and I have no idea how to solve this tragic situation

I solve by myself the bios problem... but I come back to the previous problem... The pc don't work... in the bios there isn't the windows manager.

And i think i have to reinstal everything

That's what I recommend. You can get the system here. The drivers are included with the system installation, so you won't have to install them separately afterward.
