Freezing Constantly

Hello i have recently brought an Mini PC, ACEPC CK2 Intel Core i5-7200U Windows 10 Pro Micro Desktop Computer, Upgradeable 8GB RAM+128GB SSD, VGA+HDMI+Mini DP(4K@60Hz) Outputs,Support 4X USB 3.0/Dual Band WiFi/Gigabit Ethernet/BT 4.2 from amazon.co.uk and i am gettig exceedly frustrated with the constant freezing when i come to use the pc after leaving it awhile the blue light is on but there is no mouse or keyboard response i have to press the power button to reboot the pc this is happening alot and its so frustrating have have the power settings in windows to never sleep why is this still a problem have seen the problem on the internet with no resolution do i have to send unit back as faulty?? any help on this at all thanks

Ich habe eine AK3, bei mir war es genau so. Ich habe die Energiesparfunktion für Bildschirm und Energiesparmodus auf nie gestellt. Beim verlasen des PC wird der Monitor auf standby gestellt. Jetzt bin ich zufrieden.

I too am frustrated that no answers have been offered about this bug. The work around I have been doing has worked for a few days. I'm starting to beleive that ACEPC doesn't monitor this forum and it's just a place for customers to share their own fixes. I hope I'm wrong, but...

Update... the workaround I posted is not working any more. I just initiated a return with Amazon. Due to continued problems and non-response to requests for help I won't be buying an ACEPC product again.

I really wanted this PC to work. It is a very cool idea and product. It just has zero customer service from my view.

Happy New Year, we always put our customers first. There are only two solutions to deep sleep at present, using the HOME version of the system or turning off the sleep mode. We will pay close attention to Microsoft's system updates and participate in every system test. Please be patient. You can replace it with a new MINI PC. This phenomenon only occurs on individual computers.
