AK3 Can't find hard disk, boots to BIOS

I bought this AK3 at the end of December and it's been running for only a couple of weeks.
Last night, suddenly, it rebooted, searched for HTTP Boot for about 5 minutes, then the BIOS screen opened.

It seems like it cannot find the SSD so it can't boot into Windows.

I took out the SSD and tried it in a USB enclosure with my laptop and it works fine, so the problem must be with the AK3 hardware.

I tried switching from UEFI to Legacy boot and I got the error message in the attachment.

Additional information:
My AK3 is used to run Plex. I haven't made any changes to the original hardware or software. There are 2 USB drives hooked up to it containing my music and video files.

Update:
I took everything apart and checked the SATA connection to make sure everything was inserted properly and everything was nice and tight. I switched to UEFI boot and it boots directly to the BIOS.
I switched to Dual UEFI Legacy and I get the message, "Please insert proper boot disk."
So it still does not recognize the SSD.
Is there a way to get a replacement? This is just over the Amazon 30-day replacement period.

Yes, it came with Windows 10 Professional

I'm wondering if something happened because of a Windows Update.
I tried a USB boot disk for Ubuntu and it seems to be fine.

I replaced the SSD and installed the system. Everything is working again.
Is it possible to get a replacement SSD under warranty? The 256GB SSD was one of the selling points for me.
