Terryza miniPC will not connect to artisul D16

I've tried everything under the sun. The second monitor is detected but never displays anything. Confirmed the draw pad is working by connecting to another PC, no problem. Losing my mind.

Press WIN+P to select Extend.

The problem is that it doesn't actually send a video signal
