T11 doesn't recognize a 2.5" SSD

Hi. I purchased a T11 that is not recognizing the SSD (Crucial) I inserted.
I tried to check if the issue is with the BIOS, but it shows no options to activate/deactivate SATA ports.
Is it worth reinstalling the system with the files downloaded here, or there are other possible and easier solutions?
