ACEPC T11 Windows Install Problem

Trying to reinstall windows on my T11. I used the download link and copied it to a usb stick.
Turned the ACEPC on and hit F7. Selected the UEFI loader and I get this error.

cell dispark /s x:\listdisk.txt

TO FIND EMMC

X:\DISKS.TXT

The system cannot find the batch label specified - NF"

how do I fix this?

In lieu of the admin replying, have you tried downloading the T11 installation file and gone through the process again? Are you using the latest version? Just in case, you can get it here...

Also, if you have one, I'd try a different USB flash drive.

This isn't to say that the problem lies with the file or the flash drive, but only to eliminate them as a possible cause of the issue.
