T11 wont boot off USB

So my T11 will not boot off USB. I followed the instructions and it does not recognize the USB drive as an option to boot from.

Are you referring to the installation of Windows and following the instructions in the ACEPC video?
Keep in mind that, when you get into the boot screen after restarting(F7), you likely won't see NORELSYS1081, as that's just the brand name of the USB flash drive they used for the demonstration. What you see will be whatever brand you used. If you used a Sandisk flash drive, you'll see Sandisk something or other. If you used an ADATA flash driver, you'll see ADATA something or other.
