How to reset the PC in windows 10

(If you receive the pc with local account,it is because amazon accidentally resent the item other buyers returned. We recommend you return it as defective and reorder a new one. Well if you decided to keep the pc,make a reset to get a clean windows 10)
Step1-Please click the "Restart" while pressing the "Shift"key.
Step2-On the boot options menu, select "Troubleshoot">"Reset this PC">"Remove everything"-please wait.
Step3- Please select ”Just remove my files” and make sure that you PC is plugged in, and Click”Reset”. Then please just waiting about 1 hours, this pc will restart and will reset itself.
