Ive purchased 2 of these, 4k is an unusable resolution, video playback with resolution at 1080p or 720p 1080p stops and starts 4k is pretty much just a slideshow, ive managed to get the cpu load from the constant 100% by uninstalling intel trusted execution engine, but these are supposed to be useable at 4k resolution on up to 2 displays at 4k and another via vga, im struggling to get these to be useable on one display, the constant fan cycling on and off with any application running is ridiculous, if it was just on constant it would be less annoying than the constant stop start every 20 to 30 seconds, Customer support via email is non existent, contacted them last Wednesday still no reply, these I think are going back to amazon as unfit for use.

AK3 supports YouTube and other player videos under 4K60hz. If you experience a freeze when playing a youtube video, it may be related to your subsequent CPU usage, which is related to your usual use or system update caused by the system usage. You can reinstall the system to solve this problem.
