Start up issues

I recently bought this AK2, put it in our production environment and got it imaged and ready for deployment.
I unplugged it and got it packed up, then to deployment, when I plugged it in and tried to start it the blue front light will come on for about 5 seconds then go off, it will do this 5-7 times on hitting the power button before it decides to start.
Am I not waiting long enough when I plug it in or is it hardware issue. Has anyone seen this before?
