Increase the clock to 2.3 GHz

I have a Mini PC, ACEPC AK2 Windows 10 Pro 8GB RAM + 128GB ROM Intel Celeron J3455 Micro Desktop Computer, how do I increase the clock to 2.3 GHz?

You can go into the Power settings and change the scheme to "Best Performance", which will set your processor to maximum all the time.
Go to Settings >> System >> Power & Sleep. Then click "Additional Power Settings" on the upper right. Select "High Performance", then close the open windows.
