CK2 - Realtek plug-in/out notification

Hi to all,

I have a problem with the CK2. Since the first start, I constantly receive notifications from the Realtek tool such as "an audio device has been inserted" and then "an audio device has been removed" even if I have not connected any device. I thought it was a problem with the monitor-tv connected via hdmi, but the problem gives me also with other monitors connected via vga.
Any suggestions?
The audio card drivers version are 6.0.1.83.18.
I also tried to reconfigure windows but the problem remains.
