I purchased an ACEPC AK1 through Amazon from TEXYUK on 21st December 2019. I understood from the advertisement and your website that it should come with Windows 10 Professional preloaded. On clicking Settings|System|About I have discovered it is only running the Windows 10 Home edition. Please let me know what I have to do to perform the changeover for this otherwise excellent purchase which I recommend to other family members. I can supply any purchase information that you may require. It is presently updated to the 2020-12 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 version 20H2 (x64) (KB 4592438).
