PC on sleeping mode don't restart

Since one week, PC on sleeping mode don't restart (blue light is on) when i press the keyboard or mouse or unplug or plug something in as i do before to resart it.
To restart the PC , i have to unplug it and press the power button.

Hello, this may be a bug in the Windows system. For now, you can try to solve this problem by reinstalling the system and using the home version of the system.
Or, you can try to turn off sleep mode. In sleep mode, power saving is negligible. We are currently working on this issue; please be patient.

Same issue for me. After suspend mode, blue light is on, but no signal to the monitor pressing keyboard or moving mouse. I can ear sounds in the speackers (I suppose the system is running) but the screen is still off. Please solve this issue

Here is how it works for me on my AK1:

Sleep mode is disabled, my AK1 doesn't turn to the red light (sleep mode), but after the monitor turns off, I can't awake the monitor.

-Press the power button once
-wait a few seconds until LED of the AK1 turn from blue into red (sleep mode)
-move the mouse
-AK1 wakes up from sleep mode and the monitor awakes as well

After doing this 1 time, the monitor awakes the next couple of times on its own, without repeating above-mentioned steps.

This may be because the machine has entered sleep mode. You can try to enter the power management and find "Choose what the powerbuttons do." Change When l press the power button to shut down.
The purpose of this operation is to prevent the machine from entering sleep mode. I hope it will help you.
