Win10 will not install. After create pin a circle of dots goes around endlessly. On new ak3.help

The first thing to do is disconnect the unit from the internet, either by disconnecting the LAN cable or shutting off your WiFi source. Then wait for a few minutes to see if it will allow you to get past this screen. Hopefully the skip option will pop up. If it does not, you're going to have to force a shutdown. To do so, press and hold the power button in until the unit shuts down. It may take anywhere from five to ten seconds. If it does NOT shut down, you'll have to unplug the power.
Then start the unit again. HOWEVER, do not connect to the internet this time. The unit will either go through the setup again or start where you left off. And, because the internet will not be available, you will have the option to skip the PIN setup.
Then, when the initial setup is finished and you're at the Windows desktop screen, you can reconnect to the internet. You can then manually set up a PIN if you like in the Settings.
