AK2 - Defective Expansion Box

I suspect my Expansion Box is not working/connecting.
I have a Samsung SSD 250GB.
I have formatted it on another computer using a USB adapter.
Drive is formatted as NTFS.

When I connect the drive using the ACEPC Expansion Box the drive does not show up in Disk Management.
Drive is also obviously not showing up in File Explorer.

If I connect the disk using my USB adapter cable the drive shows up and is ready to use.

Please help.
I just bought this PC it is only one day old.
I possibly need a replacement Expansion Box.

Please try to replug and unplug the SATA base to make sure the contact is good.
If the failure occurs repeatedly, it should be a problem with the SATA base. Please contact our after-sales mailbox: service@iacepc.com.
