AK3V (J4125) - first fan then PC dead after a few weeks.

Post by firstmiro »

Few days ago fan stopped working. Yesterday the whole computer died.
No lights, nothing. Small USB HUB and sound card that are connected to computer's USB ports show power (LEDs are on).

Any idea, how may I try to "resurrect" it? As my data is on the internal disk I have no option to return or replace it.

Hello, when you boot up. What color does the machine light show?

Hi,
There is no color. Absolutely nothing.

It does not give any signs of life. No fan spin, no led on, no reaction on monitor, absolutely nothing.
It is cold dead.
