Req Auto Power On After Power Failure

Hello everyone!
I own an AcePC AK1 mini PC, which I’ve been using since August 2018, mainly as a Plex streaming server. It has served me well, but I recently started automating my home and encountered some challenges related to power management and network wake-up features.
1. Auto Power On After Power Failure
I need the option for the PC to automatically power on after a power failure. From what I’ve seen in some BIOS versions, this setting is sometimes called "State After G3". I have smart plugs, and I’d like the mini PC to turn on immediately when it receives power. Does this model support such a feature? If yes, where can I find this option in the BIOS?
2. Wake on LAN (WoL) Issue
I’ve successfully configured Wake on LAN (WoL) and can use it to:
✔ Wake up the PC from sleep
✔ Shut it down remotely
However, I cannot use WoL to turn it on after a full shutdown. It seems that after shutting down, the PC is no longer online on the network. Is there a workaround for this, or is it a limitation of the hardware?
