Boas a todos
Tenho umas dúvidas:

1 - O bluetooth não funciona. Tenho uns fones bluetooth e não consigo emparelhar.
2- Fui ao gestor de dispositivos e tenho dois controladores e um dispositivo pci não atualizados.
Quero tentar atualizar mas não dá

3- Tenho uns fones de fio e ao ligar no computador não sai áudio

Did you reinstall Windows? It looks like some drivers are missing, so check the driver package here: https://minipcunion.com/viewtopic.php?t=5301 and see if you can fix the missing drivers. Hopefully that helps with the audio connection issues.

Estava a tentar instalar os drivers e apareceu-me este erro no computador
Já reiniciei o computador e isto aparece na mesma

Oh, that's not good. I wonder which driver caused it? You might need to do some research to find out what happened. The Windows Events should contain more information, or try Microsoft's support tools.

Os únicos drivers que consegui instalar foram os do Wi-Fi e do Bluetooth

Is it able to boot Windows at all? Or does it show a BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) every time you turn it on? Are you able to get into safe mode?

Eu voltei a por o computador como veio de fábrica
Nunca mais apareceu aquilo no ecrã
Mas só consegui atualizar os drivers do Wi-Fi e do Bluetooth

So if I am translating correctly, restoring the factory image helped fix the stability issues, and you're able to use Wifi and Bluetooth again. Was something else not working on it? Were you able to download the drivers from the link before?
