Anyone know which sensor driver is needed to get more than CPU temp for this mini PC under linux for example fan speed, motherboard temperature sensors etc.? I am not seeing anything telling in the output of dmesg. I tried a few common ones such as nct6775 and it87 but neither gave anything.

Hello, I understand that you may be trying to obtain the CPU temperature on a Linux system, but have tried many methods without success. You can try lm_Sensors: this is the most commonly used hardware monitoring tool on Linux. Firstly, ensure that you have installed the lm_Sensors package, and then run sensors detect to automatically detect your hardware sensors. If running coretemp:, it is suitable for Intel CPUs to display processor temperature, and if running k10temp:, it is suitable for AMD processors to display processor temperature. If there are problems with the fan control, you can run fancontrol: fancontrol may help you achieve finer control (but hardware support is required)
