Win10 system language garbled solution

1. First, open the control panel and change the viewing mode to small icons.
2. Then select the area.
3. Then, in the opened interface, click Format. Then modify the format content to the language you want to set.
4. Click Manage again, then click Change System Locale, and then set the system locale to the language you want in the window. Finally, click, OK.
