GK3Plus audio problem

I've been using this Kamrui GK3Plus for almost a year with no problems, but recently my audio quality has declined. I'm hearing a strange pulsing noise in the background. I've tried running different driver update programs and nothing has resolved it. Severity of it also randomly fluctuates. I was going to attach a recording sample but it appears that isn't an allowed file type. Is there another way I can share the audio? Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks!

If you have a Google account you can upload the file to your Google Drive, then post it here. Make sure that when you click to Share it in Google Drive you choose "Anyone with the link" rather than "Restricted", then copy the link and post it into your reply.

Alright, let's see if I figured this out. Here is the recording of the audio problem.

It's difficult to hear, but it's there. Here's a suggestion. Try finding a video on YouTube that has a fade in, where you'll be able to hear the anomaly without any other noise. I'll post a suggestion below, which has a long fade in. Or even if you have a game or something that uses a steady sound, so that you'll be able to hear the anomaly clearly.

For reference, though again it's hard to hear, I think you're having the same problem that I'm having on both my S1 and T8 Plus, which both have the N95 CPU. Both have clean installs of W11 24H2.

I'm going to try to record the problem with mine. Anyway, the suggestion...

Anomaly doesn't start until the song does... same with games, no sound, no anomaly.

New Discovery!! If I pair my bluetooth soundbar, and change my default sound output to it, the anomaly goes away. As soon as I go back to the default, it returns.

Hopefully barry, a tech for the company, will reply to help. If he doesn't within a day or two, you can contact him at barry@minipcunion.com.

Given that it doesn't do it for you until there is active audio, what you're experiencing may be different from what I'm hearing.

I was going to record it from my T8 Plus, but it's intermittent, and today it's not doing it. I find that it does it through the 3.5mm audio port, but not when I connect headphones via HDMI. I haven't tried anything through Bluetooth.

I have the same problem.
My solution:
Switch of the PC, unplug the powerconnector on the PC, wait some seconds for example 20sec.
After that plug in the powerconnector to the PC and start it. Now, the errors in the audio output are away.

In my opinion it´s an internal problem. You get any voltages on the GND and this will bring the errors on the audio output.
Yes, you don´t get this errors on the connected bluetooth audiobox, because there is no physical connection.

MaKo, thanks for this report :!:
I solved the problem following your suggestion.
Great!
At this point I am considering buying an external audio DAC (a mixer or an external sound card).
