Fixing the Unresponsive Network and Sound Icons on the Windows 11 Taskbar

Issue Description:
In Windows 11, clicking the network and sound icons on the taskbar may result in no response or cause the taskbar to freeze. This issue can often be resolved by disabling a related system service.
Steps to Resolve:
1.Open Computer Management:
- Right-click on the **Start Menu** and select **Computer Management**.
2. Access Services:
- Expand Services and Applications on the left panel and click Services.
3. Disable the Relevant Service:
- Locate Windows Push Notification System Service in the list.
- Double-click the service, set Startup Type to Disabled, and click the Stop button.
4. Restart Your Computer:
- Close all windows and restart your computer to apply the changes.
After following these steps, the taskbar icons should respond as expected.
