Regarding the recent feedback on the AM06Pro, our investigation with the supplier has confirmed that the issue stems from the BIOS. You can resolve it by updating the BIOS using the link provided below. If you continue to experience any issues, please feel free to contact us!

I was pulling my hair off with this issue. Did everything to try to fix it.
Completely formatted hard drive and did a fresh installation of Windows 11 and it was still crashing. Tried to enable disable TPM and "secure boot" in bios. Nothing helped fix the issue.
Then I just came across this post and found that a new BIO firmware was posted here just few hours back.

So far, my PC hasn't crashed after updating BIOS. Hope it stays this way. Fingers crossed.

It's strange that a bios update is posted here on minipcunion.com, but not on https://acemagic.com/pages/drivers-downloads.

It didn’t work for me.
After sometime the pc became useless again. Can’t rune it for even 30 minutes without randomly crashing at any moment.

Wasted so much time trying to troubleshoot a deadly combination of windows and ace magic.

Not just that, it bricked my iPhone too as PC crashed in middle of updating iphone using apple devices app.

NX Mode scheint jetzt zu funktionieren, Windows fährt mit NX Mode enabled sauber hoch, WSL2 funktioniert.

I have the Ryzen 5 5600U version of the AM06 Pro, and as of yet I've not noticed anything amiss. I got it in May of 2023. Should I still update the BIOS to stave off any possible issues in the future, or should I just leave well enough alone and not update it?

Or do the possible BIOS related issues not apply to mine because of when I got it?

Can someone translate this to English?

I have AM06PRO,
CPU AMD Ryzen 7 5700U.
I installed latest bos update last week.
NX Mode was enabled by default.
I tried with NX mode disabled, and it was still crashing.

What are the right configuration ?

I have fresh windows installed and I am at 23H2 version Build 22631.

Didn’t install 24H2

We recommend starting with a BIOS reset.

1. Restore the original factory hardware configuration (e.g., memory and storage).
2. Recent Windows updates may cause blue screen errors. We suggest uninstalling the most recent updates to resolve this issue.
3. If the issue persists after installing our official Windows 11 operating system, please provide your purchase order number along with the blue screen dump files for verification and analysis. The dump files are automatically generated by the system after a blue screen and can be found in the following folder: `C:\Windows\Minidump`. Please send these files to us at barry@minipcunion.com for further assistance.

Hello good morning and happy new year.
If you understand me in this language, I would like to ask some questions.

I have a Mni Pc AM06PRO rayzen 7 5800u ( 32 ram) the format is the small SQUARE. I do not see it by the forum threads, I think this could be your site.

1ª-This bios is compatible with this minipc?

2ª-After experiencing the problems of windows startup, slowdowns etc. disable virtualization and can run ALMOST fine (Windows 11 24H2).
The problem I have is when I look at the CPU processes by individual cores. Core 0 is always above 90% usage.
The processor usage NEVER goes below 8-10%. I would understand the latter ( 8-10% ) if I spread the load over several cores, but it is always on only one ; the “0” .
It only works well (processor and idle cores) in fail-safe mode.

3ª-Is there any guide where to configure the bios well ? optimize and configure correct parameters and according to this Mini PC ?

Obviously say that it was made clean installation, all drivers updated ...etc ....

Thank you and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!

Bonjour,

Hello,
As nothing worked anymore, I tried to reset the PC several times but without success.
I still managed to put the bios as you indicate on this forum by booting with a Hiren Boot CD USB key.
On the other hand, I can no longer reset the PC because I no longer have access to Windows.
Is there a function key when starting the PC to be able to reinstall Windows?
Unfortunately I don't have a USB key with Windows installation
