I made some performance tests with CPU-Z before KB5048685 arrived. after windows updating this KB, CPU-Z crashes into blue screen when opening the GPU Page or when starting a benchmark. It happens probably when the CPU steps down frequencies to 2700 MHz due to TDB/Temperature.

Can anyone confirm? Is there a solution?

I can't say if it's the same situation, but doing a Google (okay, I'll admit it, Bing) search for KB5048685, it appears that others are seeing BSODs on different hardware. Have you considered uninstalling that update?
