1. Update Wireless Network Adapter Drivers:
- Open Device Manager, expand Network adapters, right-click the wireless adapter, and select Update driver to ensure the driver is up to date.
2. Reset Network Settings:
- Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Status, click Network reset, and select Reset now. Restart your computer and reconnect to Wi-Fi.
3. Adjust Power Management Settings:
- In Device Manager, right-click the wireless adapter, select Properties, go to the Power Management tab, and uncheck Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power. Restart your computer.
4. Change Wireless Channel or Band:
- Log in to your router's management interface, check and change the wireless channel, or switch to the 5GHz band to reduce interference.
5. Disable IPv6 Protocol:
- In Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi > Network properties, uncheck Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) and click OK.
6. Optimize Wi-Fi Signal:
- Move your computer closer to the router and remove physical obstacles. If necessary, use a Wi-Fi extender or upgrade your router.
7. Disable Conflicting Network Adapters or Software:
- Disable or uninstall virtual network adapters, VPN software, or any other conflicting network software to ensure only one network adapter is active.
8. Update Windows Operating System:
- Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update, check for and install any available system updates.
