startup hangs on bios screen, loops to initial bios screen
Hello, I'm new member. I have an AceMagic mini PC with Alder Lake N95 cpu. Just over a year old. A restart was initiated following a Firefox update. The restart stopped at the the main bios screen, I had not pressed any of the normal keys to get to the bios screen, it just popped up. I tried to get past it using ESC, reset to default configuration, removed power, etc., everything to get past the bios screen. It continues to stop at the bios screen. I'm fairly knowledgeable working with computers, having built several form scratch over the years. I'm stumped on this problem, any thoughts are welcome and appreciated. Thank you!
