Solution Steps:
1. Ensure Bluetooth is Enabled
- On Windows, click the "Start" button, go to "Settings" > "Devices" > "Bluetooth & other devices," and ensure Bluetooth is turned on.
- If the Bluetooth switch shows as off, click the toggle button to turn Bluetooth on.
2. Check Bluetooth Drivers
- Right-click on "This PC" and select "Device Manager."
- Under the "Bluetooth" category, check for any warning symbols (e.g., a yellow triangle). If there is any, refer to the video:
How to Fix Yellow Exclamation Marks in Device Manager
- If the device cannot update the driver, try uninstalling the driver and restarting the computer. The system will automatically reinstall the appropriate driver.
3. Update the Operating System
- Sometimes, operating system updates include fixes and improvements for Bluetooth drivers. Go to "Settings" > "Update & Security" > "Windows Update" and make sure all the latest updates are installed.
4. Restart Bluetooth Service
- Press `Win + R`, type `services.msc`, and press Enter to open the "Services" window.
- Find "Bluetooth Support Service," ensure that its startup type is set to "Automatic," and that the service is running. If it's not running, right-click the service and select "Start."
- If it's already running, try right-clicking the service and selecting "Restart."
5. Check Bluetooth Device Compatibility
- Ensure that your Bluetooth device is compatible with the MiniPC. Some older Bluetooth devices may not be compatible with modern operating systems or hardware. Try connecting to other devices to confirm if the issue is with the MiniPC itself.
6. Eliminate Interference
- Avoid environments with heavy radio interference when using Bluetooth devices, such as near routers or microwaves, and make sure there are no obstacles between the Bluetooth device and the MiniPC.
- Try bringing the MiniPC closer to the Bluetooth device to avoid signal issues that may prevent connection.
7. Hardware Failure Check
- If none of the above steps work, consider testing if the Bluetooth hardware is faulty. You can try connecting the MiniPC to other Bluetooth devices or use an external Bluetooth adapter to determine if the hardware is at fault.
