1. First, right-click the menu in the lower-left corner, and then select "Run" in the pop-up list. Or search for Run in the search bar.
2. Enter Regedit in the pop-up window.
3. After entering the page, click HKEY_USERS >>Control Panel>Keyboard.
4. After clicking the keyboard, select InitialKeyboardIndicators on the right page. 5. After inputting, change the value from 2 (or 2147483648) to 80000002 in the pop-up list. This problem can be solved.
