found that this phenomenon is a probabilistic problem.
We think it is caused by the following reasons:
1. The connection speed of Microsoft's online account server is very slow. 2. After we enter the PIN code, the system needs to load persona customized services. The more account content, the longer it will take to load. If there are more customized customizations, the loading will be very slow.
