kamrui miniPC model CK10 multimedia drivers
and bluetoothe is not working
after reinstalling windows 11 from scratch

Which model of CK10 do you have?

If you don't want to wait for drivers here, you can try Driver Booster to see if it provides a more up to date Bluetooth driver.
