I recently purchased AK1Plus through Amazon and had a ton of trouble getting it delivered (Amazon's fault) but once I received it...I hooked it up and took a look inside and I paid for the PC to have 1TB of ROM but instead it shows 475GB! When Amazon was contacted they said they could nothing but refund the money. I contacted KAMRUI and they said sing Amazon is refunding my money there is nothing they could do! Now, the sticker on the bottom says 1TB ROM but that is definitely NOT what is inside. Not sure what I can do know.

It sounds like the solution has been offered, as in sending it back for the refund.
