AX15 Screen Issue

Hello,

I have an AX15 model laptop and the screen flickers and gets dark. I figured there is either an issue with the backlight, the screen itself, or the drivers. Can someone help me resolve this issue? I've sent in a ticket to the service but I have not received help yet.
