Hi!
We have a lot problems with my AK1PRO sice I bought it sice 1 year ago.
Now I have again a blue screen with message CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED
In other time I restart the S.O. but I need to know how to fix it. Maybe is there a problem to hardware level?

If you have another computer or your AK1 Pro will run enough to allow you to create the installation media, which you can get here, I would try reinstalling the system. Before doing so, make sure to save any important data, if you can.
If you can't create the installation media, or your AK1 Pro will not even run long enough for you to try the installation, I would contact barry777, a tech for the company, at barry@minipcunion.com.

Yes, I have created a installation media following this topic and I reinstalled several times de S.O. but after a time I have bluescreen again.
By this, I suspect that mayne there is a problem with hardware.

Though I don't know that it will make any difference, I'd try reseating the storage and, if it has removable RAM, the RAM as well.
Other than that, I'm stumped. Hopefully barry will be able to help.

After to talk with Barry we founded that the problem was in SSD. After replace it, the MiniPC works again.
