bonjour ,je n'ai plus le Bluetooth sur ce pc ,dans paramètres/Bluetooth et appareils je n'ai plus l'onglet pour activer ,j'ai réinitialiser le pc avec la partition recovery mais cela n'a pas résolu le problème pc acheter il y a quelques mois ,est ce que je peux faire fonctionner la garantie ,merci.

One last thing I would try, as they will almost assuredly suggest this, is to try reinstalling the system, which you can get here. The system installation includes the drivers already installed.

I would use the second one in the post, as in "Windows 11 Pro 22H2". There is also an installation tutorial in that post. If your current install is version 23H2, you can upgrade the new install to 23H2 through Windows Update.

For reference, if you currently have any important data on the unit I would be sure to save it before doing the system install, as the installation process erases all data from the drive.

If reinstalling the system does not fix the Bluetooth issue, I would then reach out to barry777, a tech for the company, at barry@minipcunion.com. When you do, make sure to include the order number from when you purchased the unit.

j'ai aussi dans gestionnaire de périphériques dans contrôleurs de bus USB ( périphérique USB inconnu (échec de demande de descripteur de périphérique )

That's not the same as reinstalling the system from the files available here.

bonjour , j'ai réinstaller Windows 11 avec une clé USB ,le Bluetooth fonctionne pour le moment ,il me manque des drivers mais je l'ai ai eu içi ,j'ai envoyer un mail à barry77 pour me dépanner mais comme j'ai résolu pour le moment qu'il ne tienne pas compte du mail et des documents que j'ai transmis ,merci à tous pour votre aide ,je pense que le drivers pour le bluethoot avait foiré.merci.

If you're still missing drivers, you might want to try Driver Booster, which is often recommended by barry. I've never used it myself, but from what I understand it's very good at finding drivers.
