Okay I've got Windows 10 installed but my PC doesn't see the USB drive with Windows 11 when booting. The PC just boots into Windows 10 even though I tell the BIOS to boot off the USB first anybody have any ideas. Yes the USB drive does work when I'm in Windows 10 the PC see the USB drive than.

I would try the Boot Menu instead of doing it in the BIOS. Though I can't say this with certainty, I believe it's F7. So, just after pressing the power button, start repeatedly tapping on the F7 key. It should then enter the Boot Menu. Choose the USB there, and it should boot to that USB.
If it's still not booting to that USB, there's likely something amiss with it. It likely tries, but because it can't it's then relegated to booting to the Windows 10 already installed on the unit.
