Install windows ck10 i5-12450h from scratch

a have ck10 minipc but no ssd or m.2 disk
i bought.a new m.2 and try to install windows 10 from a USB but no disk show in the bios or in the windows installer.
can anyone help? what do I need? i already try a SSD a m.2 disk on the right place but nothing..
is therefiles to download to help to install?

I don't have your version of the CK10, but if it has two m.2 slots and you're trying to use an NVMe drive, make sure it's installed in the inner slot. The outer slot is SATA only, while the inner slot supports SATA and NVMe.

Already send a email to him.
The m.2 is in the right spot.
Maybe it needs a win11 version especially from them, i don’t know..
I try everything and the m.2 and even a hdd didn’t show, even a corsair p3 from my laptop and it didn’t show .
Since is new the m.2 i know it need to be formated but i thought it could be done when i try to install windows.

I had a chip on the motherboard that was faulty. Change it and then the m.2 show on bios
