Good morning,
I have an Acemagic ax16 that does not recognise the built in camera. It´s like I don´t have any camera on the laptop. it is not showed on the devices list and in any other list. Can someone, please, help me in fixing that?

I would try downloading the driver pack and see if anything installs to enable the camera using the driver installation instructions shown in the video. You can get them here.

If that doesn't work, I would try reaching out to barry777, a tech for the company, at barry@minipcunion.com.
