I just purchased this unit. It will not power on. I have contacted support, and they had me take the unit apart, and discharge the BIOS port. I reassembled the unit, but the unit does not power on. The light turns blue, but nothing else happens. Has anyone else had this happen? If so, how do I fix it? TYIA

Hello, the indicator light is blue, indicating that the machine is operating normally, and you can troubleshoot problems such as the display: check whether the HDMI cable is in good contact (re-plug and unplug to confirm the HDMI contact is good); replace the HDMI cable and try HDMI cable). Check whether the display is switched to HDMI display (VGA, HDMI, DP switching signal source is HDMI); change a display to see if there is any display (exclude 1. Make sure the display is ok, 2. Signal compatibility issues).

How do I do any of the things you suggest, when there is no signal to my tv? I have swapped out hdmi cords, and which socket it is plugged into on the unit itself, as well as my tv. And each time I changed something I have restarted the cpu. I still have no signal. My keyboard only intermittently lights up the caps locked light. The fan for the hard drive does not come on. These make me wonder if power is getting anywhere. Without signal to the display indicating which output the cpu is on, I am confused as how I can proceed. The tv I am using is a older vizio model. I don't know if this has any bearing on the issue. In the past I had to have a vga
to hdmi converter for my laptop that does not have hdmi, but does have an vga port. And my tv does not have a vga port at all, just hdmi & RCA ports. Thanks
