Bought a few of these nice little units for my lab last year. Pretty good performance so far, but it sounds like the bearing is starting to fail on one unit. It is making a ticking sound pretty much constantly at this point. Can someone point me to the right replacement and maybe some instructions on how to change it out? I don't see a section on here for this unit. Thanks

I would reach out to barry777, a tech for the company, at barry@minipcunion.com. He'll almost assuredly ask for the Amazon order number as well as a video, with audio, of the issue, so it would be best to provide both of them in the email.

It is recommended to refer to the video to replace the fan:
Fan specifications: CPU fan: FD4010RL-5001 DC5V 0.2A.
Fan size: 40*40*10mm
Note: The wire of this fan is 4Pin 4 wire.
You can contact the Amazon platform store service specialist.
