Hello, I have a question: which keys do I press to enter the BIOS on the Acemagic AX16pro laptop? And could you kindly provide the drivers for the Acemagic AX16pro laptop?

I don't have an AX16 Pro, but with other ACEMAGIC models the Del key is the one to press and hold or repeatedly press after startup to get into the BIOS.
You can find the drivers here...

Do I follow the steps in the video to install the drivers or do I install one by one?

You can try the method in the video. From the looks of it the drivers in the pack do come with their own standalone installers, they can likely be installed using the video method as well. Plus, the video method would certainly be a lot faster if you've got more than one or two that you need to install. Additionally, the video method will choose the best one if there is more than one version for a device.
It may take a bit longer than what's shown in the video for all of them to install, but once it's it's finished and you've closed the installation box as well as the Device Manager, I'd restart the computer in case any of them need that to finish their installation.

I just got this laptop myself yesterday for a friend and tester. I was looking for a midrange for some of our engineers for light work on the go at my company. I am an AMD guy, and the VEGA IGPU is pretty decent. The only problem I have and before I can start ordering several of these I need to get resolved… I need to be able to manually set the VRAM size. I am far from a novice and after looking it over I was fairly impressed on their choice of bulk chips. I installed 64GB of RAM and the best NVME this will support at 1TB. Matter of fact I’d say for real productivity and gaming those two things are a must (better ram and HD). Plus prices are so low now it’s well worth doing.
But the hamstring here is the dynamic memory allocation for VRAM. Some program's and games look for X amount. Some games have load variance that doesn’t work with dynamic allocation well. I reached out to support and I’m waiting for them to get back with me. I’d like them to send me a bios for the AX16 pro that has that unlocked so I can just set it at 8GB which the chipset supports with 32 or higher GB of RAM. There of course can be key combinations to unlock the advanced bios menu but common ones aren’t triggering it. I don’t want to manually build out the bios on a new system, but luckily they use a basic AMI so it is possible. Anyone know of any solutions for my quandary?

The AX16Pro features an integrated graphics card and does not support memory allocation adjustments. Any attempts to modify these settings may result in system crashes, so please proceed with caution.
