Nvme has really poor write speed???

So everything been running fine sense i got this machine performance is GREAT etc.
Except when i ran a crystal disk info on the RS1D0TSSD710 1tb read is great at 4764 mbs but write speed is always which seems too be capped at 1900-2004mbs no matter what???
Heath of the drive reads good no issues but i did noticed when benching or downloading it does run pretty dam warm up too 81c...
Also ran a passmark performance disk test does the same as crystal disk mark but you can test the writes first and it does go up too 4700s at first but drops down too 1900-2000 right afterwards. More so it seems like when the drive runs over 75c that's when it does it like its throttling?
And with passmark sense you can look at the logs the read also drops down over time when the temp climbs up.
Also way the temps shows for the said drive is wonky too the temp that crystal disk info is just a static temp and not the right one lol..
But the screenshot i shown under hwin64 the drive temp 4 is the right temp sense its the ony one that moves.
So is this a drive issue or a cooling issue?

Update. So the drive for sure was throttling. So first thing i did was to try and see if the wing fans was spinning cause yea you cant really tell if they are or not cause they very quiet and seem too be running pretty slow so i tried too shine a flash light threw the holes which was hard too see anything
And they are spinning but very low.
So sense i always run a desk fan on my desk blowing at me i pointed it towards the right wing ... YEP it got the temps down pretty good at idle and load and the drive is no longer throttling and always scoring over 4000mbs on both.
Really they should've pop a heatsink on the nvme which would've helped sense my little ad15 which is gen 3 pcie has a heatsink
As seen by the screenshot temps even the wonky ones that hardy move went down drive temp 4 also is idling pretty good and the max temp maxed out at 67c yea thats the temperature people should be going by the others is idk wacky sense they don't even go over 54c never. Tho thats known for cheaper nvmes.
It is a bit concerning when i or someone adds a 2nd gen 4 nvme drive in it which might be best too just do a gen 3 drive in the 2nd slot really...
Now the wing fans... Do they run at a steady low static rpm always?? Cause sense i had this pc i never once heard those fans going up or down hell my ad15 is louder than the star ship lol
I do wish there was a fan control knob or software that you can control all the fans which for sure would've helped with cooling lol.

I'd appreciate your feedback about adding a NVMe SSD to the 2nd slot.

Ist der 2te Steckplatz nicht lediglich ein SATA Port ?

Nope its for sure a nvme slot sense it has one notch and on a high end mini that would've been crazy if it was ony a sata slot lol...
Tho still not 100% sure if the top cooling can even handle a 2nd nvme with out building up alot more heat... gen 3 in the 2nd slot would probably be fine . Tho when i do get inside it in the future will try a gen 4 in it also maybe put a heatsink on the both nvme even.

The dual M.2 slots on the M2A support both NVMe and SATA protocols (auto-switching).

Your instruction of
"How to install the 2nd M.2 NVMe SSD to M2A" would be highly appreciated.
