black screen after installation and update

hello I have this model ACEMAGIC AK1Plus but when I update with Windows 11 I have the screen which is no longer recognized by the PC

Hi, it sounds like a possible graphics issue. Does the system seem to be running otherwise? Try booting into Windows Safe Mode (there are plenty of instructions out there, if you don't know how). That could let you know if it's working at all.
